My experience with special needs children...
I used to watch over my cousin who was special needs. Would help him get around because he would love to ride his bike and walk around helped him write and helped him trying to speak. He had the brain of a 5 year old and was 16 . I would help him as much as I could so he wouldnt feel like he was different from anybody else.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Just hearing them laugh and be happy is more then enough for me.
