My past experience working as a senior caregiver involved providing compassionate assistance with daily living activities. Which includes helping with personal hygiene like showering, changing briefs, and ensuring they're dressed comfortably. I’d also support them with mobility, whether that’s transferring them to a wheelchair or guiding them as they walk. My on-going experience with child care was and is growing up taking care of younger siblings, watching over them these years, made me gain valuable experience in child care. Which includes supervising the younger ones, helping with homework, preparing meals, and creating engaging activities to keep them occupied. It also taught me responsibility, time management, and develops strong problem-solving skills, as I have to handle any situation that arises while looking after my siblings. It's pretty much hands-on experience that shapes patience and nurturing abilities.
