I enjoy reading a book with kids and helping them learn about something they’re passionate about. Baking or cooking with children and allowing them to participate.

What matters most to me is understanding the children I’m caring for and their safety. It’s important to be observant and on point when it comes to children. Another thing is that although children are just children, they still are little humans who experience feelings that should always be aware of and taken care of.

I have a nephew who has ADHD and who is also autistic and have took care of him after his mother(my sister) left.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with my kid was when after picking her up from school as well as her siblings, gave me a drawing of me and her, it meant so much to me because she thought of me while away at school. The drawing is framed on my wall and still is the sweetest thing ever.
