I think it’s important to encourage children's creativity as a nanny . To let their imaginations run wild and feed them inspiration ! It’s so important to give a child a safe space to be authentic to who they are within so their light can shine out .
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have experience but I do believe the key word is special . If anything in my opinion they just need to be given a safe space to be themselves fully . Im open to learning about a child to do my best to connect .
The most important part about being a nanny...
I remember one time I was putting on a show with two of my younger cousins while babysitting them . We did a talent show ! I sang Aladdin’s “ A Whole New World “ and put on a mock performance .. they loved it ! It encouraged them to be creative in their performances and it was so much fun ! Every time I babysat them after they asked if we could put on another show .
