In addition to my job, I often help care for my two younger siblings, especially when my parents travel out of town, which can happen frequently. My experience with special needs children...

Growing up with my older sister, who has special needs, has had a huge impact on the person I am today. Because she experiences and understands the world differently, I naturally took on a supportive and caring role from a young age. I have helped her navigate everyday life, understand boundaries, build confidence, and discover her own independence in ways that are meaningful to her. Being her younger sister has taught me patience, compassion, empathy, and the importance of meeting people where they are. It has also shown me that every person learns and grows in their own unique way. Through our relationship, I have learned how important kindness, encouragement, and understanding can be in helping someone feel valued and supported. These experiences have shaped my passion for caring for others and have inspired me to create positive, safe, and uplifting environments for children and families :)
