The most important part about being a nanny...
is that I cater to each child individually. I don’t want to risk losing a routine/breaking a rule just because I am the caretaker. I will make sure to adhere to house rules and restrictions, but in a way that doesn’t make me a replacement for Mom & Dad. I understand how important it is to get down to a child’s level and I respect any and all boundaries they have for me. I love working with children and the most important thing to me is that they see me as a friend they can trust and have fun with, rather that someone who just watches over them.
