A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Yerina and I just graduated from Boston College this past May majoring in Applied Psychology and Human Development. Just to tell you a little bit about myself, I am Korean and I was born and raised in Malaysia for 15 years (then I moved to Korea for HS). I grew up in an international community so the environment was very culturally diverse, to which I had the opportunity to interact with different people and gain interest in learning about their different stories. I love to play sports (I played volleyball and tennis in HS/a bit in college for fun), love solving puzzles, painting my nails, taking care of people/animals, and helping people out. I am currently working as a medication coordinator at an eating disorder center, which requires someone who is meticulous and "type A" (in the best way possible!). I'm the mom of the friend group and love working with kids, so I'm excited to help you out in any way needed!

The most important part about being a caretaker would be to have patience with children. It is also important that children are able to explore their environment (safely) but also let them know that they have someone by their side while they explore.
