The most important part about being a nanny...
Reaching these children on their level is so important. I feel if they are always just told something it will never seem fair or right to them. I believe in talking things out with them and showing that they are able to have a say. This stimulates their minds and spirits, as long as they understand the correction at the end, they will feel much better about the situation and more likely to retain what they have just learned.
My experience with special needs children...
I have 3 special needs children that I work with every Sunday, all with their own special needs. I truly believe that I connect with each and every one of those great kids to where they all call me Mr. Zac now. I love it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I am new to the nanny world, but each week when I am helping those kids learn about God and teaching them important life lessons... That is my favorite of any moment!
