My experience with special needs children...

There was a boy who was paralyzed at the Boys and Girls Club. I volunteered for he was nine years old unable to walk couldn’t feed himself or use the bathroom himself so I did have to help with all those things I wouldn’t say I’m extremely experienced, but I take to understanding that they require extra attention and more guidance.

The most important part about being a nanny...

my favorite nanny moment was when I was babysitting for this family and their daughter was roughly around 10 to 12 months and we were doing animal searches, and she pointed at one of the animals, which was a cat, and I kinda guided her through saying the word cat and she didn’t exactly say it, but she kinda did and that was very special to me because I babysitting the girl for roughly about a year to a year and a half and I grew a deep deep connection with her even though I was so young I think I was around 11. She just was so precious and so smart for her age, and I grew to love her.
