Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Is the trampoline park. It’s so much fun jumping into the ball pits and competing through the obstacles. I also enjoy museums because they’re so educational and intriguing. Outdoor activities like feeding ducks/turtles at the park or have a bubble party are also extremely fun activities I enjoy with the kids. Lastly ice cream dates are the best because I get to sit and connect with the kids over a sweet dessert.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is building a solid foundation with parents to ensure the best care for the children. Establishing basic objectives on how to set up a good present and future for the kids. It’s good to have a relationship with the parents so the children view the nanny and parents as a unit.
My experience with special needs children...
I have moderate experience with special needs children, verbal and non-verbal, handling ASD level 3 in my most recent nanny experience. I do believe there’s room for improvement therefore I am willing to learn and show dedication on improving those skills.
