Hi! I’m Zahra, and I’ve had the pleasure of working as a nanny for several years, caring for children of all ages. I’ve babysat for multiple families throughout my experience and truly enjoy fostering a positive, nurturing environment for kids. I love engaging with children through play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and helping with daily routines to ensure they feel loved, supported, and safe.
My approach is patient, caring, and always tailored to the unique needs of each child. I believe that building trust and strong relationships with both children and parents is key to creating a happy and supportive atmosphere. Watching children grow, learn, and develop is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in a variety of activities that promote creativity, learning, and fun. Whether it’s reading stories, doing arts and crafts, playing outside, or baking together, I strive to create an enriching environment. I enjoy helping kids explore through imaginative play, educational games, and music, while also encouraging quiet time with puzzles or coloring. My goal is to provide a balance of active and calm activities that support their growth and development while keeping things fun and exciting!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building trust and creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel valued and loved. It’s about not only caring for their physical needs but also fostering their emotional and developmental growth. Being a consistent, reliable presence in their lives helps them feel secure, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey as they learn, grow, and explore the world around them.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. I’m skilled at creating individualized routines, using positive reinforcement, and adapting activities to support communication, sensory needs, and behavior management. My goal is always to provide a safe, encouraging environment where each child can feel understood and make progress at their own pace.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a young child with autism complete a puzzle they had been struggling with for weeks. After lots of encouragement and breaking the task into smaller steps, they finally placed the last piece. The joy and pride on their face were priceless—it was a reminder of how small victories can have such a big impact on a child’s confidence and development. Moments like that make the work so rewarding!
