A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Zelime though most people call me Zuley. I am currently getting a Masters in Creative Writing at Sarah Lawrence College. I am looking for consistent nanny or babysitting work. I love kids and have studied developmental psychology and education in my Undergraduate degree.

I haven't done any nannying since before the Pandemic, but prior to 2020 I have worked for multiple families as a nanny. I am passionate about education and development. I am willing and happy to do housework and meal prep.

As an oldest sibling, I feel like I have spent my whole life caring for children. In high-school I volunteered with special needs children for several years so I do have experience and training. I am sensitive that every child is unique and special in their own way.

I volunteered with special needs children at a therapeutic horse riding center. I was a camp counselor and primarily worked with the children. I started doing mother's helper work when I was 12 and have been assisting ever since.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love playing pretend with kids! Reading and arts projects are fun to do. Taking children to parks and adventures is something I am passionate about. I grew up in Colorado and spent my whole childhood in the wilderness. So I think it's important to enjoy the outdoors. I am a very creative person so I really enjoy coming up with new ways to entertain.
