I love doing arts and crafts, Disney karaoke, dress-up parties, chalk outside, going to the park, and any activity that gets kids active and learning! When I'm nannying/babysitting, I prefer to avoid "screen time" as much as possible.
My experience with special needs children...
I have helped care for an older high school girl with Down syndrome a few years back, and more recently a few children with autism and epilepsy (ages 2-7) within a group of 20 kids.
