Being there for them emotionally, while also having fun and engaging in activities, makes a huge difference in their development and happiness!

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was helping a little girl with her homework, and she suddenly decided that we needed a "dance break" to shake off the stress. We ended up having a dance party in the living room, complete with silly moves and lots of laughter. It was such a sweet and memorable moment because it showed me how important it is to balance fun with responsibilities, and it really brought us closer together.
