The Wharton Family - Hiring in Needham

The Wharton Family

Needham, MA
$25/hr

A little bit about us…

Our regular nanny is having a health emergency and will be out indefinitely. We are looking for someone to cover her shifts with the potential to continue after she comes back on her off days.

Initially we are looking for Tuesday and Friday from 7am to 3pm.

Our kids are Zeke (1yr 10 months) and Isla (8 months).

Zeke is a good big brother, and a very sweet boy. He has an independent streak and prefers to roam the house and feed himself. He does have little boy energy levels and needs regular exercise and supervision to ensure safe playing with his sister.

Isla is extremely bright and alert. She loves to be held and has been eating purees and certain soft foods for a couple months. She thinks her big brother is the coolest and she loves playing with him.

We are looking for someone to watch the kids, take them on walks, feed them, manage their nap schedule, and if there is time, help with laundry folding. The kids are the main priority, but helping with laundry is a big plus.

Our regular nanny generally works on M, W, Th, so even after she returns, there is potential for a longer term arrangement on Tuesdays and Fridays. The right candidate will build trust with our children and demonstrate a helpful and responsible demeanor.

Thank you, and we look forward to meeting the right person!
