We are in need of a full-time Babysitter/Nanny. A bit of background about us... I work full time as an Executive Assistant. I often work quite a bit more than the traditional 8 - 5 workday, and my usual time for leaving work is around 5:30 PM. My husband, Joe, is in construction & he's trying to start his own company. This is what we had the last nanny doing and what our current schedule is like: * 7:00 AM: Kristy leaves to take Olivia (12) to Concord Junior HS * 8:00 AM: Nanny arrives at our house (we live in Apple Ridge Subdivision off CR 38 & CR 21) on the south side of Goshen * 8:10 AM: Joe leaves to take Jacob (9) to Concord Ox Bow Elementary * Nanny would stay at our home & watch Ryan (3) during the day, fix meals for him, light cleaning is appreciated, but not required * 2:15 PM: Nanny leaves (with Ryan) to pick up Olivia from school (school lets out at 2:40 PM) * Nanny picks up Jacob from school afterward (there is a time gap, so it is a bit annoying, but it's not enough of a gap to go all the way back to our house - school lets out at 3:35 PM) * Nanny takes the kids back to the house & gives them a snack & direct them to do any chores that Kristy or Joe has assigned for the day, etc. before starting their homework. This position requires quite a bit of driving, as you can see, so you need to have dependable transportation, a valid license & a good driving record. Other than that, it's a pretty easy job. Ryan can be a handful, but he's fun at the same time. He's just all boy and likes to play. It requires someone who is high-energy and will give him a lot of attention. We are in the middle of potty training him, so we also want someone who will support and help with that as well. Pay is negotiable. Could turn into live-in position if right person & situation presents itself. Please let me know if you're interested and/or if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing back from you and hopefully meeting you in the near future. Have a great day!
