A little bit about us…

I need someone to fully care for my kids (including sleep over) for an average of 5 days a week from Oct 1-Dec 24.
We live in East Nashville and have a 5th grader and a 2nd grader, a small dog and a guinea pig. The kiddos are sweet, gentle, artsy and fun!
I will be out of town from Oct-Dec but am divorced. The kids would need to be fully cared for on the days that they are at my house, including driving, running errands, packing lunches, etc. Expecting someone that would live-in on those days. This is short term for now.
Looking for someone who loves kids and will help them feel safe as part of our family during this time.

A little bit about us…

Hello! The at-home daycare our daughter Westly was going to since she was 4 months old recently closed due to the “teacher” moving so we’re in urgent need of help! We’d love for another at-home daycare or a nanny share situation that gets Westly out of the house and around kids throughout the day during the week because we (the parents) work from home and it can be a little distracting with her at home. We’ve also witnessed the difference between other kids who are not around other kids on a daily basis throughout the week compared to Westly, who has been since she was so young and we believe that she’s the way she is due to that! Westly is 22 months, turning 2 in December but, already ahead of a lot of kids her age. She’s extremely outgoing and loves meeting new people, she’s full of energy and loves reading, singing, dancing and learning new things. We were looking for someone Monday through Friday from 8/9am to 4pm who will play with her but also include some teaching and education. Whether that be outdoors showing her different flowers, bugs, etc. or, teaching her colors, letters and numbers. We’re a pretty laid back and go with the flow family who’s never enforced a super strict schedule/routine so we’re open to suggestions. If we have to have someone watch Westly at our house we would prefer lots of trips to parks, the zoo, the library, nanny meet ups, etc. so she’s not stuck at home and gets to be around other people. No house cleaning required except the normal cleaning up after yourself and Westly. We want to find someone we love and who plans to be a part of our and westlys life for years to come!
