A little bit about us

Hiya, Bmore nanny community! I’m looking for a nanny for my infant son and first born, Jackson. I go back to work on Sept. 16 (he will be 4 months old in Sept 25) and will need a nanny 5 says per week — standard business hours. Searching for experienced caregiver with a driver’s license/car and CPR certified. Jack is prone to eczema outbreaks due to dairy allergy and environmental irritants, but otherwise is an easy, happy, lovable, beautiful baby! All bias aside ;) People call him a little blond Elvis — he’s had SO much golden hair since birth. He may lose it by the time we find a nanny, but he’s angelic with or without the luxurious locks . Hoping to find a good fit for him near(ish) our home in the Homeland neighborhood (right next to Loyola and not far from Towson). Ideally, we’d drop him off at nanny’s home or home of family with nanny share situation. Our home can work too, but nanny would have to be comfortable with dogs and meet and greet our rescue dog a few times before nannying. He’s got some fear/territorial aggression (but we’ve been through a great deal of training and it’s easily controlled—especially as he’s mellowed our over the years) and doesn’t quite trust new people in our home at first. His bark is MUCH worse than his bite (he’s loud and crazy but then snuggliest/lazy little love), but it can be rather intimidating at first. Please don’t hesitate to ask me anything about our son, dog or what kind of care we are seeking. Thank you!!!
