Then once a week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) we would like to have 3-4 hours in the evening where you can watch him.

We are two families seeking a loving, caring, and reliable nanny to care for our two 8-month-old boys as part of a nanny share. Both families are warm, welcoming, and deeply value creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children.
We are seeking an experienced caregiver who is passionate about working with young children and has extensive experience managing the care of at least two infants simultaneously. Early childhood education is a plus. Familiarity with or willingness to learn the Montessori approach is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Creating a warm and stimulating environment for the boys.
Managing nap schedules for two babies at the same time.
Preparing breastmilk or formula and, as they grow, feeding solids.
Confidently taking both boys on regular outings in the car to local activities like storytime at the library, classes at the play gym, or walks in the park (Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.)
Engaging the boys in age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones like crawling, standing, and walking.
Spending time outdoors daily
Light housekeeping.
Ideal Candidate:
High-energy and enthusiastic about interacting with infants.
Patient and experienced with infant routines.
Confident and comfortable managing outings with two babies in the car.
Knowledgeable of and skilled in supporting infant developmental milestones.
Loves outdoor activities and supports active engagement with the world.
Details:
Care will take place in our homes (likely alternating).
We are looking for a shared nanny for at least a year but ideally until our boys are 2.5 years old.
One parent will be working from home and will be available for questions or support as needed, while respecting your independence and expertise.
You will receive 11 paid federal holidays per year, ensuring time off to relax
