A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I'd love to help your kids! I will be living in Corvallis, Oregon Fall 2021-22+ as I am a student at OSU. I'm currently looking for a job starting mid-September for a maximum of 20 hours/week. I'm not sure what my schedule will entail for this upcoming fall as OSU has not updated students yet on whether classes are in person or not. I will have more flexibility if classes are online, but if classes are in person I expect to have most of my mornings booked. With that being said, I could have days that are completely free and others where I'm available mid-afternoon to nighttime. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I understand that parents and guardians are still working through this pandemic and need help. I'm healthy, sanitary, and fully vaccinated. I would also be willing to go through any extra procedures to ensure that I don't spread anything to your kids.

A little bit about me

Hi I’m Mikah, a psychology student at Oregon state from Seattle Washington. Caring for and instructing children is what I know, I’m passionate about it as my minor in child development. I find nothing else to be more fulfilling than the relationships I form with kids. I use a gentle approach when working with little ones and work hard to enforce boundaries with compassion and understanding. I have a multitude of experiences with children ranging in ages and needs that I have acquired over the past four years I have been working in childcare.

A little bit about me

Hello!! I am originally Argentinean and now living in Corvallis with my Oregonian husband. I have been told frequently that I do very well with children and am proud of saying that I do enjoy my time with them! I had some experience a long time ago as a nanny, but otherwise it has been a while, if you do not count all my little cousins:) I used to be an English teacher back in Argentina and had people of all ages during an 11-year-period, so I have experience with young students, and speak Spanish and English fluently. I am 32 years old, and very much in love with Corvallis. I have a license and a car. I am clean and organized myself so I don't mind helping with housekeeping. I enjoy also music, films, books, and art in general, as well as a little bit of the outdoors, in my free time. I'd say my downside is that I am not the best cook, especially when it comes to children's food in general, but I'm happy to learn.
It would be lovely to meet!

A little bit about me

I love helping kids find fun ways to fill their time and am flexible with many different aspects of care as each child is different. I have two sisters a younger and older and consider both to be some of my best friends. I have had a lot of pets growing up and love them. As of right now, I am a third-year college student with a major in psychology and a minor in communication and sociology.

A little bit about me

I have over a decade of experience as a dedicated nanny for infants to middle school-aged children in both educational and in-home settings. I foster a nurturing environment that prioritizes individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each child's unique needs, using kindness, empathy, and respect to build meaningful connections.

I encourage play and exploration while ensuring safety and well-being. Through intentional communication, guidance, redirection, boundary-setting, and teaching social-emotional skills, I create an engaging atmosphere.

I also love and am comfortable with pets, having experience in pet sitting, house sitting, and caring for my own pets.

I am committed to ongoing growth in early childhood development and come highly recommended with excellent references. I hold CPR/First Aid certifications and am CBR registered.
