We would love to find a nanny who can stay with us for a year or more. Get to know our daughter and help us welcome baby number two to the family. We would greatly value someone with 3+ years of experience as a nanny, who can teach us a few parenting tricks along the way, and who will be open to following a schedule as our family grows to four.
