We just had our first child, a little girl, named Gwen, in April. My husband works from home and is understandably overwhelmed in trying to care for her while trying to work at the same time. I work in an office out of the house every day. We need some extra help, just a 2-3 days a week, to take the load off my husband.

Hello! Husband and I have a 16 month old daughter and an AMAZING nanny. She needs more hours than we can commit to so looking for an awesome, friendly family to share her with. We'd like to find a family with 1 child - ideally a pre-walker. We are big on getting our kiddo out into the world daily, doing activities, learning, meeting people, being social. We live in LODO so looking for a family in the area/walking distance ideally. We are flexible on schedules. Start date: as soon as May 6th.

About us: We are recent transplants from NYC with family in CO that brought us back after 13 years. We are both entrepreneurs and love to cook and eat and adventure - travel, skiing, hiking, camping.
We'd love to find a like-minded family with similar interests.

Our son will attend half-day preschool and our daughter will attend full-day kindergarten in August. We are looking for someone who can care for them in the afternoons, including pick-ups from school. I anticipate the hours would be somewhere within 12 to 5. It would also be great to have a care provider who may be able to drop them off occasionally in the mornings if my husband and I both have early work conflicts. Maddy and Max are pretty well-behaved, curious, goofy little kids who have had live-in au pairs caring for them for the last three years. Our current au pair will be finishing in August and would be happy to share her experience. We'd be open to a nanny share, as we've had great experience with that when our daughter was a baby. We are looking for someone with a good driving record, however the amount of driving is minimal. It takes about 5 minutes to get to and from our local school. We also have parks, the Y, and libraries within a mile or so. We don't have any pets. There would be no additional household chores other than straightening up their toys and maybe their laundry. We tend to be flexible, trusting, and direct as parents and employers, and consider anybody who cares for our children as an extension of our immediate family.
