Looking for an intuitive, fun, creative, and reliable nanny/personal assistant. Kids are aged 5 and 15 months. Looking for someone who loves the outdoors, has a good driving record, and can cook basic meals for the kids. You will be working the second half of the day shift from 1-9, M-F, and there is a morning nanny/house manager whom you will be working with. Other duties include: keeping things off the ground, transportation of children to and from afternoon activities, and keeping the main living areas clean. Mom and Dad are very busy balancing full time jobs, dissertations, and running their own companies and so would appreciate being able to spend quality time with their children while they are home and knowing the nannies can be responsible for getting meal times, bed times, and other transitional activities covered. If this sounds like something you could be a match for you, then we would love to hear from you because we are looking for someone to start ASAP!

We are seeking a nanny share starting in either December or January for our two children (Shirlington/ Del Ray/ Bel Aire Alexandria area). Ideally, we would like to host as our 2.5 year old son will go to a pre-school near our house three days a week. I am due with our second child in October and feel the best nanny share would be with a family that either has a newborn or a 2.5-3 year old. That way the nanny is only handling two age groups rather than three! If you are seeking a nanny share with another infant or toddler, please let us know! I also have a home office and can step in when the nanny gets overwhelmed or life just gets a bit crazy. Both my husband and I have very flexible work schedules. Thanks!

We are first-time parents, due November 24, 2018. We'll be looking for full time childcare for our 9-month-old as of August, 2019, although could possibly start earlier if need be. We are committed parents, who both work full time in academic settings. It is important to us that our child have individualized attention in a safe and loving setting with developmentally appropriate learning activities so she can grow, learn, and thrive. As a family, we enjoy outdoor activities, reading, biking, and spending time together. We love the idea of sharing a nanny with another family in the area with a similar childcare philosophy, to allow more personalized care and relationships.

My children are delightful. My daughter is 4 years old and has special needs. She is in a wheelchair and also is very autistic but just so loving and sweet. She spends most of her day at school. My son however is 2. He is a bit to handle and a total momma’s boy. He is very loving and eats a lot. TV and games are his thing. I would prefer a nanny that has experience with boys his age as most of the day will be spent with him. My wife will also have to approve as she is super protective, but that goes without saying. We would love a nanny that is flexible as well. Look forward to a message!
