A little bit about us…

We are looking for a trustworthy nanny who has 10+ experience with infants to care for our sweet baby girl (currently 2 months). We are looking for a nanny who has experience with special needs infants (under two). Our daughter has fallen twice on her head, therefore, we need the nanny to be extra and highly cautious with every step they take with our daughter. Her care team has strictly advised she can not withstand another fall. They will need to do late-night baby care for date nights and must be willing to do overnight stay/overnight traveling, whenever needed. The nanny will need to be CPR certified, with current certification, and have a driver's license. Our child likes to be read to, interact with them, with her toys and social interaction and feel loved. We are looking for a nanny to be open to light housework, such as washing her bottles and other light items. This is an occasional/part-time sitter. However, more part-time than occasional.

A little bit about us…

Seeking a Therapeutic Companion + Awesome Human for Our Incredible Son with Autism

We are looking for a therapeutic companion for our 6-year-old son who has a diagnosis of autism.

We are in search of someone to not only be his caretaker, but someone who deeply desires to understand his needs, develop trust and security with him, and work daily to teach him skills to foster his independence and success in the world.

Although he attends school for the first half of each day, you will need to pick him up from school and then attend multiple daily therapy sessions with him. This role would be responsible for taking him to therapy sessions and participating in them as well, followed by taking what you learn in the sessions as “homework” to practice with him during the week.

During the hours when he is in school, we are looking for a house manager – to organize and clean his room, toys, and playroom. Do laundry for the household. Tidy up the kitchen and living room. Let service people in, etc. Also, there will of course be days when he does not attend school (certain holidays and sick days), where you will spend the full day with him during your working hours.

Now for the fun stuff! Keep your tennis shoes on – you’ll need them!

· Organizing play dates and supporting him while there – this extroverted kid likes to do things!

· Park time, climbing gym time, swim lessons, karate lessons – this kid is on the move!

· Ice cream parlors, donut shops, anywhere with bacon on the menu – he loves to be out!

· Puzzles? Do you like puzzles? Because you may have met your match with him!

· Reading books? Especially about space, dinos, and feelings – he’s got favorites to share with you!

Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F. Including 1 weeknight per week putting our son to bed.

Start Date: Mid-August.

If all of these criteria meet yours and you think this would be a ton of fun, then please reach out.
