A little bit about us…

Generally the nanny would watch one child or the other, but not at the same time. As they get older, combining sitting times would be nice!
The family the nanny would live with has a guest suite just for them. Room and board is included. This is where Dani lives, who is 14 months old. Mom would often be at home working and just needs some help so she can get tasks done.
The other family lives five minutes away and has a five month old named Navy.
Both are sweet, fun kids who love to be outside. We are looking for someone to be in tune, engaging and who understands child development. We are hoping to find someone who can establish a great relationship with our children. Someone who is adventurous and can take them outdoors is a plus!
Nanny needs to be LGBTQ affirming and need a vehicle of their own. Fully vaccinated is required. Both families have big dogs, so we are looking for someone comfortable with pets. Cooking and cleaning are not required. Weekends and holidays would be off.
We are both looking for someone who would commit to a year at least.

A little bit about us…

We're looking for part time help with our 21 month old and 3 month old for about 15 hours per week (preferably spread out over 5 days). Jessica (mom) will likely be working at home quite a bit aside from the occasional appointment.

We are somewhat flexible about times/days of the week though morning availability is preferred. Afternoon would work too. We could plan on a fixed schedule or go week-by-week depending on what works for you and us.

Henry is 21 months old and has a growing vocabulary of spoken English and ASL. He loves anything that moves (cars, trucks, trains, airplanes, etc). He's a really fun, social kiddo who loves being outside. Noah is an extremely pleasant baby who is pretty easy to take care of. He doesn't cry much unless he's tired or hungry.

We would prefer someone who will engage in play with the kids and not rely on screens to entertain the kids or themselves during that time. We would also prefer someone who has experience with newborns.

Primary responsibilities would simply be playing with the kids, feeding them, light cleaning up after meals, changing diapers, etc. We won't need you to transport them anywhere, but will need you to provide your own transportation to and from our home.

Henry has severe food allergies, so understanding of and adherence to his dietary restrictions is important to us.

A little bit about us…

In home care for our current 6 month old. Both Parents work from home. There is dedicated play space and napping space for baby as well as space for Nanny breaks. We are looking for someone to help us keep a schedule with outside time, play time feeding and nap times. Our daughter is enthusiastic about play and loves music and a long (ish) stroll around the neighborhood. We ask for someone that is willing to help with baby laundry as well as baby bottles. She is totally breastfed with Mom pumping throughout the day. We have just barely introduced solids and would not expect a prospective care professional to be responsible for that.
