The Biggs Family - Hiring in Fayetteville
The Biggs Family
Fayetteville$11/hr  |  2 kids
We are a family of 3 and have been living in NWA for over a year now. My husband and I both work from home. This job will require a lot of driving, he is enrolled in a lot of activities. We are only looking for a nanny share for summer when he is not in school and would love to have another family with a child around the same age so they can play together.

My child is very sweet, sensitive, emotional and curious. He loves life and anyone and everyone. We invest a lot of time in his behavior and make sure to answer all his questions, because that’s how he learns. He loves making friends, playing and sugar, he loves to talk a lot and gets excited about anything and everything which sometimes causes him to not pay attention to what the caregiver is saying but if you get his attention then he listens very well. Intellectually he is very very smart, loves to learn, and will be in 1st grade this fall.

I know I mentioned summer but if it works out we might even extend it to after school care of mostly picking him up and dropping him off for his activities. We just want him to be around other kids so he is not as lonely.

We have a very strict rule of cleaning up after our mess, he is allowed to make a mess as long as he cleans up after himself. We expect the nanny to be respectful of our house and teach our child and the child of the other family to do the same.

There are no other responsibilities excepted to be performed other than keeping a track of how much water he has had for the day, and his diet (limiting sugar, and processed food).

We are very easy to work with as a family and can be loud sometimes lol. We would love to nanny share with a family with one child, and would love to have a nanny who is easy going but organized, loves children but believes in disciplining them, good driving, lots of patience and is an outdoor person.
