The Alston Family - Hiring in Fresno
The Alston Family
Fresno$14/hr  |  2 kids
Hello there! I'm looking for a nanny that is most importantly reliable. I have my preferred preferences listed but I'm very flexible. I'm hoping to find two nannies that can switch off or preferably just work with one nanny. The schedule would be
Monday through Friday 730 am to 500 pm
If you're interested in doing a morning shift and leave at noon please send me a message or if you're able to do evenings please send me a message.

Details of the job.

Currently, there's two boys ages 2 and 12. If you're familiar with toddlers than than my two year old will be a piece of cake for you. While, my 12 year old is a talker for sure he's pretty independent. Which leads to, I need some that is comfortable doing light cooking and cleaning.

Light cooking for me means preparing small meals like eggs or oatmeal for breakfast sandwiches for lunch, (if you can cook great but a sandwiches are great too:) ) preparing snacks..

Then light cleaning is any messes made during the day.

My 12 year old goes to school online from 8am to 230pm. It would awesome if the person applying had some tutoring skills as the transition from on campus to now going to school at home hasn't been the easiest but we're definitely getting figuring it out. My current babysitter is bilingual and my 2 year understands complete sentences and I would like to keep that going so bilingual would be nice not required.

I do not mind if you study or do your homework as long as the kids are taken care of and hanging out which is most of the time you're more than welcome to work on your stuff here. If you're interested and it sounds like this could work for you please send me a message! Thanks 😊

Meal Preparation: Breakfast, lunch (dinners only when I am away for work). Errands / groceries: Any errands regarding my children, food they need, etc if the nanny is comfortable with this. Light Housekeeping: Tidy up kids belongings/toys etc. Pick-up or Drop-off: Will maybe need to take children to exchanges at exchange agency/police department when they have visitation with their mother and maybe some Dr appointments. Has Own Car: Car/SUV preferrable and insurance along with valid driver's license and clean driving record. Homework help: Not necessarily homework, but working with both young children on their alphabets, colors, numbers, etc. Schedule Details: Unexpected long shifts at work or out of town jobs that require overnight stay for me out of town. About the child(ren): Two amazing, happy, babies son (2 years old) and daughter (18months old) who can also be a handful. They are both very energetic and can be loud but are also very loving and caring. Currently potty training my son and he is doing well. Both children are quick learners and they are both also working on their speech and alphabet/numbers/colors recognition. Sometimes I may need to leave town for work and get stuck out of town, in these occasions I will need someone I can truly trust with my two beautiful babies and who will be able to take care of their needs while being nurturing and patient with both of them. Some days I will work in town but may have very long shift/s (up to 20 hours). My schedule can be very unpredictable at times due to the demand of my work as a cellular tower construction technician.
