Oakland$25/hr  |  1 kid
At the end of August our nannyshare buddies of a year are heading off to daycare and we are looking for another family to join us for four days a week of childcare.

We feel very lucky that our 14th month old has had such amazing care since he was 5 months old. His caregiver has decades of childcare experience and is incredibly loving and playful - playing them music, reading, going on walks, etc. Our son is so excited to see her each morning. She is also very communicative with parents and actively shares observations about child development, along with being first aid and CPR certified. We’ve learned a ton about parenting from her.

In our ideal world we would find childcare for about 40 hours a week - 7am to 5pm on Monday through Thursday with a child of similar age to ours. We live in East Oakland just south of Mills and would ideally love to find a family not too far away, but can be flexible. Rate is 12.50/hr each family.

Upper Telegraph, Oakland$20/hr  |  1 kid
Hi! My husband and I just had our son. I'll be returning to work in mid-December, when our son August will be about 4 months old. We're looking for a nanny to take care of Gus for about the next year.

A little about us:

We'd be looking for nanny support from ~8a-5p.
We live in Rockridge, which has some great parks in walking distance.
We're looking for light house cleaning and meal prep, to the extent that Gus's schedule allows
We both work in San Francisco - Tre in media, myself in tech, though we've both been working from home since March.
We want to create a great partnership with our nanny!

What we're looking for:
Someone with nanny experience with babies (4-12 months)
Someone who likes spending their days with babies (since they aren't always as entertaining as older kids)
Someone warm and affectionate
Someone who wants to be hands-on with play and cuddles, but also knows how to help babies grow more independent (good sleep habits, self play, etc)

Let me know if you're interested in connecting! Look forward to getting to know you.
