We found an awesome nanny, but just had the other family back out of our arrangement. She starts on May 1, and we're looking for another family seeking a long-term (i.e. 2yr+) nanny share arrangement on Mon-Fri. If you don't need a nanny until June 1, that'd work as well. Carolina is fluent in English & Spanish, very nurturing, well educated, and experienced nannying premie twins from 6wk to 14mo, plus caring for other multi-children families. She has agreed to transport our children daily from one home to the other, and we'd alternate weeks hosting. We do have 2 very docile cats (Ragdoll breed that we selected explicitly because of their gentle nature with young children), and a spacious home. Our contracted rate is $28/hr (paid in Cash/Venmo/Paypal), so split $14/hr per family.

Our son is 9 months and pretty much the happiest baby ever. Nothing seems to get him down. We are both working professionals and enjoy quiet family time on the weekends. We love being outdoors with our dog (who love love LOVES babies). Our nanny Ugi just loves our son and the little girl we have been nanny sharing with, but she is moving away with her family and so we are looking for a new best friend for him. Ugi watches our son from 8:30-5:30 Mon-Thurs and 8:30-3:30 on Fridays. We are happy to host in our house in the Outer Richmond which is close to Golden Gate Park, playgrounds, retail on Balboa, and a library. Ugi speaks 4 languages including English and we encourage her to speak other languages with the little ones.

We are looking for a fantastic family to share our wonderful nanny, Tanya. We are two busy professionals that recently moved back to the bay area. We are easy going, first time parents of a 21 month old daughter, who is happy, bright and fun. We are open to the age of the child for the share, but ideally would like the child to be in the ~19-23 month range.

We have been with Tanya since January of this year -- she came so highly recommended from the last few families she worked with in our building. We feel very lucky to have found someone that has so much experience, provides loving care for kids and structure. Tanya has over 20 years of experience taking care of kids of all ages -- and has raised three of her own kids. She focuses on creating a loving and nurturing environment that supports their development, including music classes, museums, getting outdoor time everyday, reading books and socializing with other kids. She is dependable, punctual, flexible and communicates well. She is a San Francisco resident, has flexible working hours, is always on time, and always takes care of the kids’ food and laundry.

Credentials include:
- Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA)
- Red Cross CPR Certified
- Fluent English & Russian
- US Citizen (Green Card Holder)
- CA Drivers License

We live in the Infinity (Main St & Folsom), close to the Embarcadero. Our hours are typically 8am-6pm (M-F), and have some flexibility.

We can host or alternate months with the other family if preferable. We have plenty of space in our home and also have areas in the building for kids to play, including a pool. We are also expecting a new baby in October, therefore the arrangement would become a 3-some in January. August-December will be a 2 child rate and January will begin the 3 child rate.

We’re looking to begin an arrangement on or about July 29. If you’re interested, please reach out!
