Hello, and, welcome to my profile!

Thank you for taking the time to look through my page and I hope that you are able to find what you are looking for. If you are struggling then please feel free to contact me at any time! You don't have to hire me to ask me for my help I'll be more than happy to assist you in pointing you to the right direction so that you are able to find a right match.

I have worked officially as a Sales representative at YMCA, front desk coordinator and as a student in the past 5 years since my graduation. I kept switching in between based on personal and family needs and am now planning on putting school at a hold to help out with some expenses at home.

One thing that hasn't switched, however is my love of working with kids. I was unofficially a nanny for several kids in my area and have decided to pursue a certificate in caregiving this year because it is something I am passionate about.

Between kids and adults i always choose to work with the former because i get a chance to challenge my creative skills and learn new things. I am an arts and crafts enthusiast so you can be assured that while I'm there your kids have a fun project to work on to help them spend the time without you.

I work well with kids between the ages of 4 and 12 and teens who haven't graduated high school yet. I have ver little experience with toddlers but I can follow directions pretty well if one of the parents is around to delegate tasks for me.

I am available at almost any hour for contact and offer free meetups for parents who have a child with special needs. I understand how critical it is to set up an initial meeting to see how well I am able to connect with your child which is why I'm more than happy to come and do it for free.
And lastly, even though I proudly show off aclean drivers license with no points on It, I do not have a car. So if your opening requires for a drop off or pickup then I am not an ideal candidate, unless you have a spare car you are willing to lend to me for the pickups and drop offs

I have had many babysitting jobs and nanny jobs in the past. I used to nanny a little girl before school and I also used to work at a school daycare. I used to tutor kids during the day at a local elementary school. I taught English in Japan to elementary school students for 2 years! It ended up being an amazing experience. I can speak a little Japanese as well.

What are some common responsibilities for nannies in Cupertino, CA?

As a parent, it’s natural for you to ask your nanny for a little extra help around the house. However, the boundaries for a nannies duties vary from person to person. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met. This includes things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active, that they have a healthy diet and a sanitary home. When tasks go beyond child care, for example scrubbing kitchen counters, folding laundry, gathering groceries, or teaching a language, you will likely need to provide additional compensation.

How can I ensure I have a great relationship with my nanny?

To start, it’s important you set expectations and are aligned on compensation from day one. This includes outlining vacation days, a protocol for sick days, and everything else you would want your own employer to cover. From here, spend time getting to know them. Take your nanny out one of Cupertino’s great restaurants, learn about their childhood, and discuss your parenting philosophy. Finally, be sure to resolve conflicts as they arise. Open communication is crucial to ensuring a healthy long-term relationship.
