I am currently employed Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm in Redwood City. I obtained my Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Skyline College in 2010. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I've worked for 4 different families over the past 10 years and I love watching children grow and learn new things. I enjoy outdoor activities as much as possible as well as literacy and learning activities. I believe that behavior can be changed if you get to know the child's needs on a personal basis. I've worked with large and small families and feel comfortable managing a busy or hectic schedule. I am confident your child will have a great time hanging out with me and as a parent you will be pleased with my service and commitment to your family.

I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to high school students. My most recent job was working with two 8 year old twins with high-functioning autism and speech-impairments for over a year and a half. I would help them develop every day skills such as bathing, brushing their teeth, going to the bathroom, and helping out with housework. I would help these children everyday with their homework, feed them, and give them their medicine and vitamins before putting them to bed. I've worked at a daycare center where all the children were under the age of 3. I would change diapers, feed them their food, keep them entertained, and put them down for naps. I've also nannied for bright children for 2 years. For the past 5 summers i've worked as a camp counselor. It was all about having fun with the children so I know plenty of fun games and activities we'd be able to do together. I've also done many "date-night" babysitting as well. I have an AS in Early Childhood Development, and I am CPR and first aid certified. I also speak Spanish fluently if that is a plus for you. If I sound like someone you would be interested and would like to know more, please contact me, thank you!

I have been watching kids for six years now and absolutely love it. I have no siblings and this is the best way that I have made up for that. I take great care of the kids I watch and am very responsible. I can cook, drive, help with homework, play sports; as well as many other things. I have taught kids to swim, as well as helped them learn how to ride bikes. I am extremely patient and don't only teach the kids I watch, but learn from them.
