I have been a nanny for 10 years helping to raise many amazing children. I love working with children of all ages, although my favorite are infants and toddlers (I love teaching them first words, how to walk and watching their milestones). I have an amazing little girl who is the light of my life, she just turned three. I would love to have a position where I can have her with me occasionally. She is starting pre-school very soon. I have worked as a live-in as well as a live out nanny for many families. My live-in positions were like family and usually hard to leave. I still see most of them and babysit upon request. I have been with families of busy children whom are in many activities/sports. I have experience with breastfeeding/breast milk, home-made baby food, baby led weaning, cloth diapering, baby wearing and attachment parenting. I'm an exceptional care provider who loves your children as my own. I also have experience with special needs and have worked in respite care for children with autism, as well as working for group homes with adults whom are mentally and physically disabled. I've worked as a substitute para educator in their special education classes. If you think I'm a good match for your family please contact me!

Through all my experience with children, my favorite thing about each different child and family is the unique form a patience that you inherit. I take pride in being an open-minded and loving nanny and making sure the whole family is comfortable with me and that I am comfortable where I'm at. I have been baby sitting for my neighbors and family members since I was around 12. Generally only kids around the ages of 5-10. When I turned 18, I found my first nanny job in New York as a in-home nanny caring for a 5 year old boy. Him and I had a great relationship; I took him to school, was there to pick him up, helped with homework, took him to practice, and would keep our house clean and organized. The mother no longer needed me after the school year was over. A few months later, I acquired a nanny position in Florida as an in-home nanny for a 2 year old, 11 year old, 12 year old, and 15 year old. The three oldest were homeschooled, so I would set them goals and grade their tests and have them work for certain amount of hours through the day. On top of that, I cared for the 2 year old; putting down for naps, feeding, changing, teaching him new things. When summer came around, the parents took more time off and I wasn't needed. These past families are big reasons why I continue to care for children and love to help families out.

My name is Esperanza Cruz.
A High School graduate.
Am 18yrs old. From personal experience. I lost my mother at the age of 8.. After i turn 11, it was my turn. I grew up with 5 siblings..
Vulnerably grew in me. I know what it means to take care of a child physically and emotionally.
Falling for a child wasn't a choice but more of a growing attachment that i can't explain...
Patients became like dicipline to me.
I grew up around mothers. I deeply have an understanding imagination to know how it feels to be unable to trust a stranger to take care of ones own child. Not only do i need a job. I want to work. I want to help.. Please, if you need a babysiter. Am here. Thank You for taking the time to read this.
