Jowanna T. - Seeking Work in Elizabeth

I have taken care of children of various ages. My experiences with children have always been good. I have a large extended family that includes around 6 children under 13, and around 5 more under 16; I have spent more then enough time baby sitting them throughout their childhoods. I have learnt a lot whilst caring for children including improved care strategies such as gaining a child’s trust and friendship to become more of a mentor than an authority figure and adapting to different children’s personalities to cater to their best interests. I have also learnt a great deal about my own personal qualities whilst providing care; I have learnt to remain enthusiastic, optimistic and to stay patient!
