I grew up in a very large immediate and extended family, being the oldest of my immediate family and third oldest of my extended, I was expected to help watch over the little ones, which I didn't mind, Ive always enjoyed being a care giver. In the summer of 2015 I was a Lead Mountain Bike guide for children from the ages 9-17, I was expected to ensure safety and provide encouragement, the kids loved me and would often come back to my section of the camp just to spend time with me. This past summer (2016) I was a camp councilor where I slept in the same cabin with kids the ages 6-9 years. I helped to care for them throughout the day making sure they brushed their teeth and ate enjoyed activities and were treated with kindness. We did all sorts of activities together during their stay at the camp and often I was left to myself and a few kids to care for. I loved spending time with the kids and they responded very positively to me.
