Full-time hours

I have lots of experience with children and have been working with children for the past 13 years. I have worked in two different daycare facilities, ages infant to 5 years of age as well as babysitting for family and friends. I have cared for a family of 2 wonderful children for over 13 years. My duties included changing diapers, putting children down for naps and bedtime, preparing snacks/meals, laundry, cleaning, bathing, driving them to and from school, driving them to different activities, (sports, play dates, doctor appointments, etc.) assisting with homework and/or any school projects, and of course, interacting with the children doing numerous indoor and outdoor activities with them, entertaining, engaging in learning activities, reading books/stories, playing games, and having fun. I have grown to be apart of their family and til this day, I am still very close with the family and spend as much time as possible with their children. (one of which is now in his first year of college) I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I moved to Henderson, Nevada after graduation and there I was a substitute teacher in which I had experience working with numerous age groups and grades ranging from K-5th. (5-12 years of age) I then worked one full school year as a second grade teacher. (2010-2011 school year) I also babysat for an 8 year old girl after school hours 3-4 days a week. Since then I have moved back to Pittsburgh and have currently been substitute teaching for Pittsburgh Public Schools as well as several Private Schools. I then got a nanny job for a family of 4 which includes duties such as: dropping off/picking up from bus stop and preschool. Small meal preps-breakfast and lunch. Drove to outside activities, violin lessons, gymnastics, etc. I helped with homework. Helped children who were not in school with abc's, numbers, letter sounds. Prepared daily arts and crafts.
