Hi! My name is Maddy and I am 20 years old (turning 21 in November). I live in Fort Worth, Texas from the months of August to December and am looking for a full time nanny position. I am a passionate and caring individual who would love to provide your family with childcare and be a key part to helping your family. I have been babysitting for about 10 years now and was also a nanny last summer. I have experience with all age ranges of children and I find myself very comfortable with young infants to children in their mid-teens. I believe that children are all unique individuals who deserve love and care and I am happy to provide them with all their daily needs from driving, cooking, cleaning, and schoolwork. I am passionate about English and can provide your children with after school homework help as well. I not only want to provide your children with care, but also provide the parents with easing their concern by knowing they are in confident and prepared hands while they are away. I was a lifeguard for 3 years when I was certified in CPR, but my certification has expired. I am willing to retake the CPR class if you feel that is an important part in me watching your children. I am looking for a family that will allow me to watch their children August through December, as my calendar is open during that time. I am available during the day and/or nxight Monday through Friday, but I am also available on the weekends if that is something you would prefer! Ideally I would like to be paid $13-$15 an hour based on all of my years of experience and based on previous pay. I would like to work full time and work 40 hours a week. I am willing to work extra if that is asked of me and am more than happy to work more than 40 hours. I am willing to stay overnight some nights if that is asked of me and I also am open to traveling with the family if so desired. I also have a passion and love for english and reading and love arts and crafts with children! I also have a heart for animals, having 2 dogs and a hamster of my own and am willing to take care of your pets in the home as well. I do not move into my apartment in Texas until August 10, but I am willing to fly out to Texas to meet with a potential family to work for! I hope I hear from you if you believe I would benefit and fit your family's needs.

I have been working with children for 25 years, starting with babysitting as a young girl. I have worked at a daycare center, managed a teacher supply and educational toy store, taught a summer workshop for school aged children, and taught Sunday school. I have worked as a nanny for four years; first as a nanny to a young boy with Autism and his teenage sister, then for a family with to two toddlers, and lastly for a family with twin infants. Most recently, I have worked as a part time babysitter turned personal assistant/office assistant to a busy ranching family. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. I want to help provide order and calm to busy families. When working with children, it is important to me to recognize the uniqueness of each individual child and develop a method for relating to, teaching, and nurturing them most effectively.

I babysat as most teenagers did from age 12 through college. I was an elementary school teacher for five years, teaching 1st grade for three years and 4th grade for two years. I was a nanny for three years for a family with three children. They were 4, 9, and 14 when I started working for them.

I am qualified for this position through practical experience and I love children. I am very comfortable with feeding, diaper changing, etc. and will give all the care and love that a baby needs. I raised 2 wonderful children and now I’m very active with my grandchildren to keep their bodies and minds busy when I am with them and would be active with your children as well. We have fun with the following activities: reading, music, singing, dancing, putting puzzles together, playing ball that requires running and jumping, cooking/baking (when age appropriate), coloring/activity books, playing card or board games, movie night (child appropriate movies) and other activities. I also try to make everything a learning experience, but still have fun. My resume does not reflect Nanny/Babysitting experience since most of my work experience was in an office environment, but I will be glad to send my resume to you for your review. I am a loving, caring, honest, responsible, fun and energetic person who loves children. I have a reliable vehicle with a good driving record and I do not smoke.

I AM CURRENTLY A NANNY, I HAVE SEVERAL YEARS OF CHILD CARE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH A CLASSROOM & IN HOME- To tell you a little about myself, I'll start by saying I don't consider myself to be your average 34yr old. I don't go out to clubs or enjoy smoking/drinking at anytime. I'm not glued to Facebook 24/7 or any other social media website as a favorite pass time. I would rather spend my spare time working in our church ministry doing whatever is needed. I love to help others and enjoy working with children. I have taught our children's Sunday school class as well as the adult class and found it to be very rewarding. I feel so blessed and honored to be called to the ministry in the church I grew up in. I am also a wife and a mother which I love very much and am happy to be married to my childhood friend! Finding "Nannies on the go" has been a blessing as I have had wonderful experiences taking care of the children and helping the families they have placed me with in the past 4 years. I look forward to the next position I obtain and I will do everything I can to be of help to a family in need!
