Hi! I'm the oldest of five homeschooled kids, and I've been caring for children since I was in middle school. I've had the most experience caring for my eight-year-old ADHD brother, who suffered from many special needs as an infant and toddler. I'm comfortable caring for children with special needs, and understand the patience and love they (as well as any child) need. Even at a young age of 10 I was eager to care for children and began as a mother's helper to three young children. My mother ran an in-home day care when I was a child, giving me the opportunity to help her and learn through her experience.Through middle school and high school, I babysat for several families with children of all ages. One of the first families I babysat for had five boys between the ages of three and twelve, which led to many evenings bursting with energy, noice, and mess. Throughout this, I've aquired the skills of patience and multi-tasking and energy. Caring for little boys always results in many adventures and fun times. Another family had three little girls between the ages of two and nine where I spent most of our afternoons and evenings dancing to music, playing with dolls, baking cookies, and much more. It was impossible not to fall in love with those little girls. The latest family I've cared for had three little boys between infancy and 8 years old, and I babysat for them on and off for over a year until the moved out of state. I've also taken care of our family friend's six-month-old little boy when needed. As you can see, I am very open to all ages of children and truly enjoy caring for them!

I babysat three boys for over three years from the time the youngest one was about 3 to almost 7 I would feed them dinner and play outside with them and make sure that they took their baths and I read to the youngest one before he went to bed and then I would make sure that two older ones did their homework and whatever else needed to be done. I was a part-time nanny for almost 4 years. When I started the job there was three children ranging from the age of 1 1/2 years of age of 5 then their mom got pregnant within a year and after she had her fourth child I also started to watch him. I went over there about 3-4 a week while the parents went and took a dance class and also date nights, and I would also go grocery shopping with the mom to assist with the children. I always fed them lunch/dinner depending on what time I was there, play with them, would help the oldest with her homework and also when she needed help with her ballet. I did a little bit of light cleaning while I was there.I always made sure that the three older ones were in bed on time. I also took care of the youngest one who was an infant during the time that the three were awake and also after they had gone to bed.

I have helped mostly family and friends, including a few clients in the day to day activities of their children. I give them showers and get them ready for school. Pick them up, feed them lunch and go for walks, play or do homework or anything else they need doing. Keep them safe and happy and generally be there for them. With infants, I help hold, feed, bathe and change baby so that mum can catch a break at the same time knowing that baby is in safe hands. I love children and babies....they make my heart swell and I am very protective of my wards. I am there for the family that needs me...and the children who need me too. :-) I am an enthusiastic, creative, dedicated and experienced Nanny and I would love to have the pleasure of working with your family.

I was raised in a family that had many cousins and since i was the one of the oldest, i was always babysitting my younger cousins. I was always very mature for my age . So i always was responsible for my younger siblings as well. When i turn 16 i became a nanny/maid for a retired veteran and his 4 kids all from the ages 6-9 . I worked for them for 5 years and loved it. I grew very close to the family and till this day i am still a very close friend to the family. I also worked in a skating rink that offered daycare during the week. We had anywhere form 20-40 kids a day. i was their for 6 years and occasionally work for them if they need me.
