I am a career Nanny with over 20 years experience caring for children of all ages. I have had several long-term positions with families, some of which have lasted up to ~ 2 or 3 years. I also have a great deal of experience doing temporary or on-call Nanny work ithroughout my career (in addition to & between my permanent positions). These types of jobs have also helped develop my ability to be flexible and adjust quickly to the needs of each family. At each job, I provided customized care and support to fit each family. Some responsibilities I've had included caring for and interacting with children, transportation (to/from school and activities), teaching learning & life skills, offered educational and fun outings (library, children's museums, zoo, science center, aquarium, etc.), and homework and household help as needed. I have the ability to connect and communicate well with children. I place high priority on good communication and for parents to be able to have peace of mind while their children are in my care.

Hello, My name is Dezirae. I am 28 years old. I saw your add on Craigslist, and I am more than interested. I live in Bothel, WA. I have quite a bit of childcare under my belt. I grew up in a family full of kids. As a pre-teen and teen I babysat for different families from my church community. I continued to pick up different babysitting jobs throughout the years. I am currently a nanny for 2 different families. One of the families, I have been a nanny for almost a year, and the other I have just been temping for. They both have 2 children; a boy and a girl ages 4 and 7, and the other has two boys ages 3 and 4. I am trying to find a new family as soon as possible because unfortunately, the main family I work for is not a good match for me personally. I am looking for a family that I can become apart of for many years to come. I am a very compassionate, loving, and patient person. I grew up in the catholic community and went to catholic school. I have a very reliable 05 Honda Accord with full coverage. Being a nanny is my passion. I have a one year old daughter myself, and she is absolutely amazing. I am married, and my father lives with me as well, so I have a really great support system surrounding me I want to be able to give back the great support I receive to someone else's family. I am more than willing to help clean, run errands, help with homework or whatever you may need. I will give you the numbers to the two families I listed above. I am also on a nanny/sitter website called Urban Sitter. On there I have 12 reviews for families that I have temped for over the last year.

I have grown up with a love for kids and started babysitting at a young age, until I got asked to be a nanny. I have been a nanny for the past four years. Ever since I got my first nanny job I knew that’s what I wanted to do. I have had two long-term nanny jobs, they both taught me so much. The first family had four boys that I watched over the summer but during the school year I only had one little boy since he was six weeks old. The other family I was a nanny for I watched one little girl since she was six months old. Both jobs were very different and taught me very different things, and I am very thankful for both experiences. I have a huge love for kids and learned so much about myself working with children. I just moved up to Lynnwood and I had to choose to leave my last nanny family in order to stay close with my own family. It was a hard decision, but now that I am settled up here I am looking forward to finding another family that I can become close with.

I have been an Aunt since I was 6 and come from a very large family. I have a niece, 3 nephews and several younger cousins and have spent a lot of time babysitting them. A few years ago I held a nanny position and I discovered, I love kids and I love caring for them. Summer of 2010 I worked as a preschool teacher for summer camps. Planning activities for kids age 3 to 6+. I prefer to deal with children who have been potty trained but I have experience with all ages and don't mind if they haven't.
