My name is Ashley, I'm 32 and live with my fiance and our 2 sons. We have a 3 year old large breed dog. I work during the week i work from 11:45am-4:30pm m-th and ever other friday 8am-4:30pm. I'm still working on shedding my baby weight, it's taking longer this time around. I would like to keep my boys with me as it would make it easier on us since my boys are mommys boys and my toddler has undiagnosed separation anxiety. I have my own car with insurance and license. I'm a home health aide. I'm one of 9 siblings, being in the middle I did a lot of babysitting for my parents and then continued on with friends of my parents and my friends and siblings children. I have babysat children of all ages as well as twins and as well as up to 6 children. I have also dealt with children on a day to day basis while in relationships. I have worked with add, adhd, autism, fetal alcohol syndrome. First with siblings and then with babysitting and volunteer in classrooms and daycare's. I was taking a course for early care and education and have learnt alot of useful things to increase my knowledge, because you can never learn too much and I like to be kept updated. I took a signing for infants and toddlers class and find it helpful as another way for them to communicate, I have been using it with my son and he has picked up on it very well and i notice with the few signs I've been trying with him that he will try to sign before getting fussy. Learning ASL is a goal of mine. I'm into everything from popcorn and a movie to board games to playing in the yard to going to the park, beach, camping, hiking, library, museum, etc. I prefer to work with the family so i blend into it and become part of it. They may not be my children but i will love and protect them as if they were.

Hi, I'm a 21 year old experienced child care provider. I have a year's experience teaching preschool ..., and I have nannied for four families, the longest of which I worked for for six years. I nannied all four children until the youngest was in school. I have CPR and First Aid certification. I'm energetic, responsible and trustworthy. I can Cook and Clean. I would love to work in a challenging position. I'm Currenly Looking for a FT/PT job. From an early age, I have always had a love for children. Because of that love for children and the influence of my solid family oriented upbringing, I started baby sitting before I was in my teens, eventually becoming the primary babysitter for numerous families. I also love to interact and develop relationships with parents and I have many continuing close friendships that started with me caring for their children. Perhaps the biggest blessing for me is watching children develop into their own persons. I find great satisfaction in being allowed to be a part of their growth, knowing that in my small way I have contributed to their lives and vice versa. I've been taking care of children since I was a little girl. I started babysitting properly when I was 12. I was a nanny for two families in the summer, working 60 hours a week when I was 15. I absolutely love children! I am the proud auntie of 4 girls. I have had adult and infant CPR and first aid training.

During my time as a nanny, for three years, I was able to work with a range of different ages. From newborn to early elementary school age kids, I have learned the different developments that children experience. The education I obtained at the daycare center taught me how to be quick on my feet, and also to be flexible with my plans. Also I was able to learn how to get the children involved in activities that actually educated them. I worked at a daycare facility for three years. I worked and taught children from the ages one to six years of age. In this position, I prepared activities, meals/snacks, administration work, took the children on nature walks, and many other childcare demands. I have also nannied for a single father of two. The ages were 6 and 9 years of age when I started. I worked with this family for 2 years for part time. I would pick up the children from school, take them to activities, appointments, and helped them with homework. I also prepared meals, and helped them get ready for bed. In our spare time, I took them to the park, movies, bowling, Library, mall, and anything we could think of for that day. Lastly, I had the experience taking care of an infant at night. I would wake up and take care, feed, change the infant, and rock him back to sleep. In the mornings, I would feed him, give him a bath, and any other needs the baby insisted. I have also helped with the other two children, ages 4 and 6, during the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts by preparing meals, art projects, night time routines, laundry, light house cleaning, and drive them to appointments and camps. I have had the opportunity to travel with this family out of town, state, and country on vacations and work related trips.

I've been caring for children since I was a child. It some how got around the neighborhood that I liked to look after the kids and so all the parents would tell their children to come over to me to be cared for (which often included feeding them, bathing them, and the like). I was only 13-14 at the time and quickly had to get used to caring for many children ranging in ages from 1yrs old to 8yrs old. I realized it never bugged me and I looked forward to caring for them, since then I've been pursuing a job in childcare. Since my days of helping the neighborhood children I have had the privilege to care for all types of children. I've cared for an autistic child (duties included singing him songs, talking with him, playing with him), he also needed assistance as he was fed through a tube so I had to change that for him. I was also lucky enough to care for a charming young man (6 years old-9). We would go to the park, visit the zoo and local museums. I would also help him with classwork and projects. Also, just recently, I helped care for an awesome little girl and had the opportunity to be there when she grew from infant to toddler (though she was near teenager with the way she carried herself and behaved :) ). I loved being able to work with a child for such a long time.

I've been in the business of caring for 9 years now. I started my first job at 16 with an after school program for kindergartners through 8th graders. I did everything from snacks and outdoor activities to crafts and homework. I went from there to become a certified nursing assistant at 20. As a CNA I have taken care of people in a long term care facility, a rehabilitation center, a respiratory unit, a behavioral health center, a hospital setting, and an in home care agency. At 24 I went back to daycare and am currently caring for children from 3 months to 5 years old while going to school online to further my career. I have my stars training in early childhood education, a portable background check, CPR first aid certification, blood bourne pathogens certification, and food handlers card. I also have a wide range of knowledge in animal care. I enjoy arts and crafts with the children and have included a few photos of them. I look forward to helping you with anything you need.

I was responsible for caring for seven 12-18 month old children, five days a week. I was required to put together curriculum every week to meet core state standards. I was also responsible for important, detailed written communication to record the daily information for each child. Closing duties consisted of setting the stage for the next day and sanitizing and cleaning the classroom. Customer service and great communication were a key part of being successful in this position. I also cared for a little girl in a wheel chair who had Muscular Dystrophy. I was trained on how to meet her needs. I also was a nanny for a family of four. The kids ages ranged between 8months-10 years old. I am CPR and First Aid Certified.
