I participated in an Au pair program in Contra Costa County. During that time I worked as full time - live in nanny/aupair. I stayed with two nice families. In my first family I took care of 2 beautiful kids, 2 years old boy an 6 years old girl. My duties were: child care, prepare kids food, kids laundry, maintaining a set schedule, also pickup from school, driving to and from after school activities and play dates, art projects, reading stories, straightening their rooms and toys, taking children outside on walks and to the park, zoo, museum, stores, libraries, haircut, some errands etc. I worked about 45-50hours a week, from 7am until 5/6pm and I lived with this family about 16 months and I really enjoyed that time. My second family had 2 boys, 12 and 15 years old. This work included lot of driving, afternoon/evening activities, grocery shopping, also dog walking etc. It was very enriching and nice time too. I have also been baby-sitting in Europe and in California for several families for the last 9 years and do have some experience as a Teacher`s Aide. Currently I work as a part time nanny for one family in San Ramon from Monday throught Friday 2:30 -4:30PM.

Hello parents, my name is Alexandria.. but you can call me Alex for short. I am currently a part-time sitter for two different families and I have been with those families for two years now. Unfortunately, I am looking to make my position more full-time, but these families do not need full tim care, so here I am looking! I am twenty-three years old and am currently studying at Las Positas community college to become a special needs teacher. I have been a sitter/nanny for about four years now. I have experience with ages ranging from newborn-15 years old. I have been a Sunday School teacher and Weds. night KIDS supervisor at my church for about eight years now. I am CPR/ first aid certified and I have two years experience working with special needs children. I enjoy crafts, sports, dress-up, dance parties, tea parties, walks to the park, reading time and much more. I love exploring the minds of young ones and love their imaginations. Hopefully I hear from your wonderful families soon, thanks :)

I am currently working on my Masters in Early Education and Montessori Early Childhood Certificate at Saint Mary's College. I received my B. A. in Liberal & Civic Studies with a minor in Montessori (Early Childhood Education) at Saint Mary's College. I have been nannying on and off for over 7 years and have experience in schools as well. I have a reliable car and a clean driving record. My experience is with all age groups. I am a very experienced nanny and have studied early education and believe that children learn and develop through exploration and play through their own curiosity. I love working with children on arts and crafts, finding outside activities and games, and learning through play.

For the last 6 years I have watched and helped raise 3 little boys. Jack just turned 7, Ryan will be 6 and Andrew will be turning 4 in June. Come August, all three boys will be in school and my family will n longer need me :( Prior to this, I helped my mother run and operate her day care facility.

What are some common responsibilities for nannies in Dublin, OH?

As a parent, it’s natural for you to ask your nanny for a little extra help around the house. However, the boundaries for a nannies duties vary from person to person. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met. This includes things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active, that they have a healthy diet and a sanitary home. Take your nanny out one of Dublin’s great restaurants, learn about their childhood, and discuss your parenting philosophy. Finally, be sure to resolve conflicts as they arise. Open communication is crucial to ensuring a healthy long-term relationship.
