"To Whom It May Concern,
I’m happy to recommend Maria
for a nanny position. She is a sweet, responsible, and caring young woman who has always been wonderful with children. She is patient, dependable, and has a calm, positive personality that kids naturally respond to.
As a college student, she is hardworking and mature, and she takes her responsibilities seriously. I would trust her completely to care for my own children, and I know she would treat any child in her care with kindness, attention, and respect.
I truly believe she would be a great nanny and a positive addition to any family. I highly recommend her."

"Maria has a natural way of connecting with kids that makes them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. She has the required virtues such as patience, comprehension, and a little vulnerability to make the children feel okay with making mistakes, and correcting themselves."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to my 3 years of paid childcare experience, I have helped care for my younger siblings for many years. This has given me experience with supervising children, preparing meals and snacks, helping with routines, keeping kids engaged in activities, and creating a safe and supportive environment. I am also CPR certified.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading stories, playing outdoors, going on walks, playing games, building things, and finding fun ways to keep children engaged and active. I love encouraging creativity, curiosity, and learning while making sure kids are having fun.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I love building strong relationships with the children I care for, helping them learn new things, gain confidence, and reach important milestones. Being someone families can trust and knowing I can make a positive impact in a child’s life is what matters most to me
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays. In this role, I provided attentive supervision, supported daily routines, encouraged communication and social development, and helped create a safe, structured, and positive environment. This experience strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to meet each child’s unique needs while working closely with families to provide consistent, compassionate care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a child learn something they had been struggling with for a while. Seeing their face light up when they finally got it and hearing them proudly say, “I did it!” was such a rewarding moment. I love being able to encourage children, celebrate their accomplishments, and watch their confidence grow. Those little victories are what make childcare so meaningful to me.
