I’m a nanny because I love children!! They absolutely amaze me on how much they can learn and grow each and every day. Creating a loving bond with a child can be so rewarding. I would love to take the children on field trips, and do activities such as swimming, riding bikes, going to the zoo and park, coloring, and painting.

My past childcare experience I am a 28-year-old female. I am organized, dependable, responsible, patient, energetic, and flexible. I have recently been working as a CNA. I have worked for a home health and hospice, a nursing home, and a hospital. I enjoy working with the elderly but I also love working with the little ones. I have experience with children of all ages. I have been an attendant in a Christian church nursery. I have completed a high school internship at the , with second grade students. I have taken a parent and child development course. I have baby-sat for church families, friends, and for members of my family. I started tending newborns and elementary ages children when I was 12. Last, when I was 18, I was a nanny for four children in San Francisco, California. The children were ages 2, 5, 8 and 10. I am a non-smoker. I have a driver's license and own an insured car. I consider myself a very caring person. When working with the elderly, I treat them as I would treat my grandparents, with love, dignity, and respect. I have had a lot of old ladies tell me that I am in the right field because caring for people just comes natural for me. That's such a great compliment because these people have acquired a lot of wisdom over the years. As far as children go, you have to be loving, caring, and patient, but there also has to be boundaries. Children are like sponges, they soak up everything going on around them, so they need to be taken care of by someone that is stable and can set good examples. Children should be raised so they can grow up to be respectful citizens that eventually contribute good things to the world.

Additional comments I would love to meet your family:) I can commit for at least a year. However, sometime in the near future I am returning to college full-time!
