I’m a nanny because I would want to become a nanny because it consists of all the things I love the most. Cooking, cleaning, and children. I'm very good at what I do, and would like to pursue it.

My past childcare experience Since I was in elementary school and my mom brought home our new baby sister, i've been careing for children. I've loved them too! My mom had 2 more after her. I've changed diapers, made bottles, played with children and have also learned how to properly discipline them. Along the years, i've cared for cousins, nieces, nephews, and children of family friends. Over 10 years now, and my love for children have not faded! Through all the reading, singing, dancing, puzzles, cooking, cleaning, coloring, tickling, NAPS and educational tv, not only do I know what the children love, but I know what they NEED as well. Let me show you by being the #1 babysitter on your list. Hopefully the ONLY 1! Actions speak louder than words...

Additional comments My childcare services are offered from my home. Parents, of course, are welcome to do a walk through to ensure safety and that it is the proper environment for their child. I do not have a vehicle, and parents would need to drop off and pick up. I prefer to cook clean, and care in my own home due to comfort. I am a stay at home mom, looking to help the community. Even most qualified childcare workers can not be trusted with children, which is why I have opted to be a stay at home mom. I know in my care, nothing will happen to harm my baby, not even an accident. What more can I say about providing a fun SAFE environment for children? I do believe in disciplining with time outs. No tv. Corners. No snacks after nap, etc. I do not believe in yelling at children or getting physical to show emotions. My son knows to use his words when upset. Mommy can't help you if she can't hear you through screaming and crying! Use your words baby, and mommy will do the same. I promise your child/ren will be lead by GREAT example.
