I’m a nanny because I want to become a nanny again because a nanny spends more time with the children than their parents. As a nanny, I have the ability to shape their small minds and establish lifelong habits, such as manners, organizational skills, that will aid them in succeeding as adults. I will also help the parents by providing a necessary service that allows them to focus on their jobs and other duties and be comforted knowing that their children are safe and happy at home.
My past childcare experience My past childcare experience is as follows: I worked during the summer at a Camp for kids with disabilities in Grass Lake, Michigan. I really enjoyed working with other people as well as the kids. I got to learn and experience what it was like having a child with disabilities. To say the least I learned a lot and gained a lot of respect for parents with kids that have disabilities. Having to drive two hours to work (1 hour there and 1 back) took a toll on myself as well as my car. Needless to say, I put in my two weeks notice when I found a job a lot closer to home. That is when I started working for a Childcare Center in Michigan. I worked with many kids ages birth to 6 year olds. They were a lot of fun and I loved them dearly. I was devastated when the Daycare Center shut down. I searched for a job for 4 months before I became a Nanny. They were a lot of fun to work with and teach! :)
Additional comments Kids have such influential minds and I would love to help your children be successful.
