The Dorian Family
& Nanny Mylla M.

6 - 11 mth old boy
Full-time
Live-out
We are two working parents who are so in love with our little Beckett! When we found Mylla, after not being able to get Beckett into a daycare - it was like a sigh of relief. She is incredible! She is also bi lingual - Portuguese is her first language. Mylla is open to speaking to your child in English/Portuguese or both (what she does with Beckett) and also works sign language into Becketts mealtimes. Mylla taught young children language in Brazil before becoming an Au Par. Mylla plays, reads, they do sing a long and practice all kinds of ever changing developmental activities throughout the day. Beckett naps in his nursery and we would have a very comfortable brand new pack n play available for another child to nap in our loft(He has only used it twice). You would be welcome to store your own toys, feeding supples, books, etc here full time so that it would minimize having to bring things back and forth. We also have a highchair and floor chair with tray for feeding two at a time. If you work close by Mylla is completely open to parents popping in and out to say hi (we do that sometimes too:) We are very excited about finding a family who is looking for the same things we have found, while helping minimize the cost of childcare in the city. We look forward to meeting you and looking for a mutually great fit for both our families!

Best,
Canaan, Trey & Beckett

. We are looking for a family to share with full time (M-F, 8-6).

Came is a fantastic nanny and we've been working with her for >1 year. She takes the kids on trips every day to the park, storytime, museums, music class, and more. She makes food for the kiddos, does light housework, and bathes the babes too. She will pick up the baby from the non-hosting home and drive him/her to the hosting home.

Her rate is for 2 people, so it would be $20 each.

We live in Mission Dolores and can host or are happy to be hosted at your place. Happy to share more!
The Neuberg Family
& Rose Martin
Mission District, San Francisco$30/hr  |  1 kid
Amazing nanny + 20 month old toddler seeks family to join our nanny share! We live near Dolores Park and have nanny M-F roughly 9:30AM-5:30PM. More details:

We have an amazing nanny, Rose Martin, who we want to start a nanny family share with. Rose is loving, responsible, attentive, and fun! She's been working with us for more than a year with our 1 1/2 year old daughter, Cameron. We live right by Dolores Park, with several playgrounds within walking distance.

What we're looking for in another family for the nanny share:
* A single child for the nanny share close in age to Cameron (~1.5 to ~2 years old)
* Updated on vaccines and comfortable getting yearly flu shots, for the adults and child
* Interested in warm, respectful, and clear communication and a positive, communal connection between everyone, including the nanny and other family
* Having the same nap time for both children, to maximize the play & learning time they can have before and after the nap; Cameron's nap is currently between 12 and 3 PM -- we can move it slightly forward or backwards to accommodate another family
* Comfortable with outings by the nanny, by public transportation and eventually potentially our car
* Sharing hosting between our two houses
* A family that values benefits and a fair wage, seeing the nanny as an integral member of your family
* A family with a toddler able to fall asleep independently and in a shared room.

We currently employ Rose 35 hours a week; Rose is open to more hours then this if you need it for your child.

Shared hourly rate is $30 per hour (so for each family it would just be $15 an hour shared). We pay benefits, such as some sick leave, legal holidays, and vacation.
