Part-Time Nanny Job: The Butt Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a dependable and experienced overnight caregiver for our 4-week-old newborn, beginning Sunday, September 27. We also have a toddler over age 3 who usually wakes around 9:00–9:30 a.m.
The primary schedule is Sunday through Thursday, approximately 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., with the possibility of additional morning hours until 11:00 a.m. or noon.
Primary responsibilities include newborn feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, following safe-sleep practices, washing bottles or pump parts, and maintaining a feeding and diaper log. If morning hours are agreed upon, responsibilities may also include preparing a simple breakfast and supervising our toddler.
Recent newborn experience, infant CPR and first-aid certification, strong references, and a background check are required. Please message us with your newborn experience, availability, preferred hours, hourly rate, certifications, and references.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves engaging with kids, not just supervising them.
What We Need
A nanny who can plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities: pre-reading/pre-math activities for our older daughter, sensory and gross-motor play for our younger one
Someone comfortable structuring a day with a rhythm: outdoor/active time, quiet/learning time, meals, naps
Patience, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for both toddler and preschool-age development
Reliability and clear communication with us as parents
Ideal Background
Experience with children in the 1-4 age range
Early childhood education background preferred (Montessori training, ECE degree, former preschool/daycare teacher, or equivalent hands-on experience)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable swimmer (pool safety)
Responsibilities
Full care for both girls during work hours
Planning and leading educational and active play
Preparing meals/snacks for the kids
Light tidying related to the kids' spaces and activities
Occasional light errands (weekday activities for girls)

My son is 3 years old and has autism; one of the main things he struggle with is concentration; he is easily distracted. He has a hard time focusing on one thing for a long period of time ; his attention span is very short. In general, he is a very curious boy and happy most times. He finds comfort in biting his blanket when he go to bed or take a nap: is sensory seeking.
I need assistance with one watching him while I’m working between 9am7pm. My son is a very active , big and strong boy. He likes to go to the park and luke to explore nature; he is receptive to some information but not all ; it can be very difficult for him to follow instructions at times unless it’s being visually demonstrated for him. He sings and knows his colors shapes animals nrs and abc. He understand most basic things, but repetition is definitely needed where at time he dont pay attention or does not care for what you are saying to him.
Z is potty trained but struggles with nr 2. I normally take him to the bathroom every 2-3 hrs to avoid accidents ; he will know what to do when telling him it’s time to go potty or pie. I use the word pupu for nr 2 because he seem to associate that word with that and understand it better..
He sleeps very well at night and takes good 2-3 hr naps as well during the day between 1pm-4pm. He is very particular with food and textures of food. He love snacks - crackers -, gold fish, cheetos, cheese slices. He also loves Danimal smoothies and love to drink water, juice, and milk. Mainly vanilla soy milk but he can drink regular whole milk as well. He does prefer his milk warm usually 1min warm up in micro. He like to eat foods such as noodles those are actually his favorites . But he also like mash potato w gravy ; any tender meats; has to be very soft ; spaghetti and meat sauce , macncheese, French fries. At times I try feeding him rice but have not had any luck with that. As far as fruits : Banana, seem to be the only fruit he likes the most.
