We are looking for a full time nanny, 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday. Our past nanny is leaving to peruse a job as a Flight Attendant and she would love to talk to the new hire about the job and what a great family we are to work for if you want!
Responsibilities will be taking care of baby at the house, picking up and cleaning areas Ellie uses such as her bedroom, playroom, and kitchen. Keeping floors clean for baby by vacuuming and moping, doing dishes, and cleaning when baby makes a mess (throwing food and such), changing baby bed sheets and doing baby laundry, taking out diaper pails.

About Our Family
We're a fun, easygoing family in Irving with two girls who keep us on our toes. Our older daughter is turning 4 in October and is very advanced for her age (loves being challenged), and our younger daughter is 18 months and full of energy. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves engaging with kids, not just supervising them.
What We Need
A nanny who can plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities: pre-reading/pre-math activities for our older daughter, sensory and gross-motor play for our younger one
Someone comfortable structuring a day with a rhythm: outdoor/active time, quiet/learning time, meals, naps
Patience, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for both toddler and preschool-age development
Reliability and clear communication with us as parents
Ideal Background
Experience with children in the 1-4 age range
Early childhood education background preferred (Montessori training, ECE degree, former preschool/daycare teacher, or equivalent hands-on experience)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable swimmer (pool safety)
Responsibilities
Full care for both girls during work hours
Planning and leading educational and active play
Preparing meals/snacks for the kids
Light tidying related to the kids' spaces and activities
Occasional light errands (weekday activities for girls)
