Most importantly, we want someone who brings calmness, kindness, patience, and creativity into our home. Someone warm and nurturing who genuinely enjoys toddlers and will help him learn, grow, and have fun.
Childcare is the priority, with some light household help such as toddler meal prep, washing bottles/dishes, his laundry, and tidying his play areas.

South Charlotte family seeking a kind, reliable live-in nanny / family helper for three kids (one teen + two younger). Temporary bridge while we set up longer-term support — could extend if it’s a great fit.
Duties: school drop-off and pick-up; drive kids to appointments and activities; engaged childcare during on-duty hours; light meal prep; light housekeeping / laundry / kitchen reset (not deep-clean).
We provide a private room (will be furnished before your start date). Clear schedule and days off confirmed at interview. Mom is the only supervisor.

I have a 4 year old and an 18 month old. I’m looking for partial overnight care twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays) and babysitting throughout the week as needed. The hours are Thursday 11pm-9am and Sunday 7pm-12am. I anticipate a total of 15-20 hours weekly. On Friday mornings, I ask that you prepare them for school/daycare and drop them off before 9pm. On Sunday, evenings I will just need care for my 18 month old which will consist of his nighttime routine and a bedtime of 8/8:30 pm. You are not expected to be awake if the kids are sleeping, you are however required to wake if they do.
