Hi! We have just moved West Palm Beach and have 2 little ones : a 4-year-old daughter and a 1 year old son. We would like to hire a nanny/family assistant whom would be able to help us out with the children as well as help around the house with organizing, light housekeeping, driving and small errands. The position is initially part time but would evolve into full time if we find the right candidate (also possible to be a live in position). The ideal candidate has extensive experience (at least 3 years with similar aged children) , references we can contact, knowledgeable on RIE parenting approaches (or willing to learn), proactive, gentle and trustworthy. Must also have a clean driving record, and practice safety precautions in terms of illness exposure. Optional but preferred if the right candidate would be able to travel internationally in the summertime (must have a US Passport).
