Looking for a family to share a long-term caretaker for our four month old daughter (Charlotte).
Ideally we would love to find a family that we connect with long-term, my wife and I are active, love the outdoors - skiing, running, playing in the mountains. We would love for our daughter to find a tiny friend to grow up with before preschool. And if we could find a couple of friends we would love that too!
We have found a highly qualified nanny, but are also open to families that have an existing nanny that they trust.
We are in Arlington, I work in Watertown and my wife works in Woburn (both chemists!). Ideally we would love the nanny share to be based from our house, but we are open to discussing another family hosting. So any location on the way to work would be fine for us.

We are looking for a nanny for our two daughters in Arlington, MA. We are looking for someone energetic, fun, and sweet to play and engage with our girls! Our 3.5 year old girl is in part time preschool. Our younger one is 1.5 and is home. A newborn girl is arriving in December which is why we know we will need an extra set of hands!
We are looking for someone energetic, warm, engaging, and fun! Our girls are great and play well together. They LOVE being outside, playing games, and interacting with other kids. They also enjoy doing chalk/ watercolors coloring. We are looking for a nanny who enjoys visiting parks/ playgrounds and spending lots of time outdoors. Occasionally the Nanny may also help watch infant briefly while we take our older daughter to/ from preschool or run an errand.
Other responsibilities include light meal/cleanup (for kids), organizing kids toys, putting away kids laundry/ helping with kids laundry.
Nanny must have a reliable vehicle as we are inconvenient for public transit. Nanny will use our vehicle with car seats for taking kids places.
We have no pets. Must be a non smoker.
Hours: nanny must arrive by 8am on Monday, Wednesday. Hours are otherwise flexible. Open to part time or up to 40 hours.
Benefits will be in line with the number of hours desired. Open to a responsible college student as well. Pay is $27-29 depending upon experience. References please.
